Order Policy

At any time we have the right to cancel any order. 

Delivery Policy

We offer is local delivery, which is personally delivered by us.

We only delivery to SK22, SK23, SK6, SK12, SK13, SK17. Unfortunately we are unable to delivery outside of this radius. 

Our local delivery service, for SK22, SK23, SK6 and SK12, is free when you send over £10.00. Delivery will not be available for orders less than this amount.

SK17 & SK13 areas will be changed an extra £5.00 delivery fee. 

Collection Policy 

We accept collection orders from further afield. Collection takes place from our address which can be found on the order confirmation. 

When you come to collect your order, if we are expecting you then there will be a freezer box on the door step. Please remove the lid take out the back of ice cream and make sure that the name on the bag corresponds to your order.
